Coming from Greek term obeliskos, obelisk were prominent in the architecture of the ancient Egyptians and were called tekhenu. For Egyptians, the obelisk was a reverential monument, commemorating the dead, representing their kings, and honouring their gods.

Prehnite is a calcium aluminum silicate mineral, it’s crystal system is orthorhombic. It usually occurs in massive, botryoidal, granular or stalactitic habits, but can also (rarely) form prismatic, pyramidal or tabular crystals. The colour is usually yellow-green, but it can be yellow, white, grey or colourless. Prehnite is found in Australia, China, South Africa, Scotland and in New Jersey, USA.

Epidote is a silicate mineral that is commonly found in regionally metamorphosed rocks of low-to-moderate grade. In these rocks, epidote is often associated with amphiboles, feldspars, quartz, and chlorite.
